The Savory Adventures of Paupiette and Cartouche

Paupiette was a flounder fillet rolled up with a leek puree. Cartouche was a circle of parchment paper cut to fit a saute pan. Together they poached, along with Court Bouillion, to make a delicious lunch for Pamela and Cara.
