What I Learned in School Today

If a creme brulee torch does not fire on the first attempt, it might fire on the second.

Ergo, it is unwise to point it at your own hand to check to see if any gas is even coming out of it.

Since I’m so hard core, I almost wish my skin would have bubbled up like burnt sugar and formed a tasty crust, but instead it just turned red and kind of stung. The best anecdote for this is then to wrap it around a frosty beverage.
